Instructions
 

  • Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Pound the chicken to an even thickness and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the coated chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
