Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground beef Choose lean beef for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Adds gooey, melty goodness.

  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough Serves as the outer layer.

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix in shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit round into a 3-inch circle.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese filling in the center of each biscuit. Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bombs on the sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Brush over warm bombs after baking.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!
