Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Crescent roll dough Forms the flaky base of the casserole.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar Adds sweetness to the cheesecake filling.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract For classic cheesecake flavor.
  • 2 large Eggs Helps bind the filling together.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Adds richness and creaminess to the filling.
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar Optional, for dusting before serving.
  • 1 cup Fruit toppings Fresh berries or fruit preserves to enhance flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Open the cans of crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Pinch any holes together to create a solid base.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream until well combined.
  • Grease a baking dish and lay half of the crescent roll triangles at the bottom. Pour the cheesecake filling over the dough and spread evenly.
  • Top with the remaining crescent roll triangles, covering the filling.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
  • Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar and add fruit toppings if desired.
