Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade

  • 1 pound Chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce For marinating the chicken.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil For marinating.

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Bell peppers Chopped.
  • 1 cup Broccoli Chopped into florets.
  • 1 cup Carrots Sliced.

Sauces

  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce For added flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce For sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili paste Optional for heat.

Garnishes

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds For garnish.
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken pieces in a bowl with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  • Add the marinated chicken to the hot wok and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Add the prepared vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.
  • Pour in the oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili paste (if using) and stir to coat the chicken and vegetables evenly.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.
