Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds Baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes Creamy texture, holds up well in the air fryer.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Helps the potatoes crisp up nicely.
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic, minced Provides the wonderful aroma and taste.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Adds a salty, nutty flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Adds a little kick.
  • to taste Optional herbs (parsley or rosemary) For extra flavor and garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into halves or quarters for even cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the cut potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic and Parmesan mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once cooked, let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before serving.
