
Beef Ramen Noodles in the Slow Cooker
This recipe shows you how to make beef ramen noodles easily in a slow cooker. Enjoy a comforting bowl of noodles with tender beef and flavorful broth.

Ingredients
For the Broth
- 4 cups beef broth You can use homemade or store-bought.
For the Beef
- 1 lb beef chuck roast Cut into chunks.
For the Noodles
- 2 packs ramen noodles Discard the seasoning packets.
Instructions
- Add beef broth and beef chuck roast to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and add the ramen noodles.
- Cook for another 10 minutes until the noodles are tender.
Notes
Feel free to add vegetables like bok choy or mushrooms for extra flavor.
